Больше всех номинаций и, затем самих премий Грэмми получили:
Kanye West - 10 номинаций (взял только 3 Грэмми), Alicia Keys - 8 (получила 4), Usher - 8 (3), Ray Charles - 8 (8), Green Day - 6, Norah Jones, Loretta Lynn, Prince, и звукотехник Al Schmitt каждый по 5 номинаций. Группа U2 выиграли 3 Грэмми, но триумфатором стал Рэй Чарльз, посмертно взявший 8 статуэток. Первые свои Грэмми получили Britney Spears, Loretta Lynn и Rod Stewart.
